How do I set up my BigPond webmail on Outlook 2016?

For Outgoing mail server (SMTP), use: smtp.telstra.com

·         For More Settings, click the tab of Outgoing Server.

·         Select the option for SMTP to requires authentication

·         Make sure to select the same settings as my incoming mail server.

·         In the Advanced option, enter the Server Port Numbers as:

Type 993 in the Incoming server (IMAP).

Type 465 in Outgoing server (SMTP).

·         Click Ok to continue the process.

·         Select done to close the window.

·         Finally, the user must be able to set up their Telstra email on Microsoft Outlook 2016.
